Mendota Heights, Dakota County
Mendota Heights Porta Potty Rental
Everything from a weekend party unit to a months-long site placement, delivered into Mendota Heights and serviced on a fixed day.
People ring from Mendota Heights for the same reasons they ring from anywhere in Dakota County - a crew with nowhere to go, a gathering too big for one bathroom, or a building with the water off. The answer is a flat number and a date.
Reaching the address
Reaching an address in Mendota Heights
Drivers come in on Highway 110 nine times out of ten, dropping onto Highway 55 for the last few blocks.
Where the unit stands is the one decision worth making before delivery day rather than on it. Firm footing, level enough to stand square, reachable by a hose.
The Mendota Heights landmarks that come up
Directions here tend to run off Fort Snelling across the river and Valley Park rather than off house numbers, and that is fine with us.
Half the jobs here get described relative to Fort Snelling across the river rather than by street.
Where it goes
The bit that decides delivery day
Most Mendota Heights addresses have somewhere that works. The exceptions are steep back lots and lawns that stay saturated into May. Two minutes on the phone about the approach saves a failed delivery.

What we get called out for in Mendota Heights
Around Mendota Heights the calls cluster around three things - a site starting, an event coming up, or water going off in a building. The unit count follows from the headcount; the price follows from how long it stays.
A photo of the intended spot is the single most useful thing you can send. It answers the access question before the truck is dispatched.

Local answers for Mendota Heights
What if nobody is home when you collect?
Collection does not need anyone there either, as long as the unit is still reachable. Just let us know if a gate will be locked.
Do you rent to homeowners in Mendota Heights?
Yes. There is no account to open and no contract for a weekend rental - a phone call and an address is the whole process.
Can I have the units in a specific spot?
Absolutely - tell us, or better, send a photo. Where the spot will not work the driver rings rather than guessing.
Will it smell?
Not if it is the right size for the crowd and serviced on schedule. Smell nearly always means the unit was undersized or left too long between visits.
Can you deliver more than one type of unit?
Yes, and most orders over four units are mixed. There is no premium for mixing standard, deluxe, ADA and hand-wash on one drop.
Can you handle a multi-site order across Dakota County?
Yes, and it is common. Sites across Mendota Heights and the areas next to it go on one account with one service day.
