Arden Hills, Ramsey County
Arden Hills Porta Potty Rental
We run Ramsey County most days of the week. Give us the Arden Hills address and a rough headcount and the quote takes about ninety seconds.
Portable restroom rental in Arden Hills works the way it does anywhere else in the metro: headcount, duration, access. What changes locally is the third one, and around Arden Hills that is worth two minutes on the phone.
Placement notes
What we get called out for in Arden Hills
Around Arden Hills the calls cluster around three things - a site starting, an event coming up, or water going off in a building. Each one gets the same answer on the phone - a firm price rather than a range.
Accessible units are never clustered together on their own. One stands alone, or one sits at the end of a bank of standards where a chair can actually reach it.
What people say instead of an address
People rarely give us an address first. They give us a landmark - the Rice Creek corridor, Lake Johanna - and the address afterwards.
A job "just off the TCAAP redevelopment" is one we can place immediately.
Getting there
Getting a truck into Arden Hills
Coming in on Lexington Avenue works for the southern half; everything else is I-35W.
The best spot is usually the boring one. A driveway apron, a gravel pad, a firm boulevard strip, off the route everything else takes.
The spot itself
Ground, access and the practical bit
The two questions that decide a Arden Hills placement are how firm the ground is and how wide the way in is. Anywhere genuinely unsuitable, we will say so on the call rather than discover it on the day.
Around here
Also on this run
Everything adjacent is covered: Shoreview, Roseville and New Brighton are all on the same schedule. The boundary with Roseville is invisible from the cab - same day, same price.

Worth knowing about Arden Hills
What if my event runs over?
Ring and we will push the collection. Nothing about a late finish causes a problem as long as we know.
Is an accessible unit compulsory for my event?
If the event is open to the public, yes in practice, and permits often say so explicitly. One is the floor, and five percent of the total once you are past twenty units.
Do you deliver to parks and public ground?
Yes, subject to whatever the permit says. Tell us the conditions and we will match the count and the placement to them.
Do you deliver to Arden Hills on a Saturday?
We run Monday to Saturday. For a Saturday event in Arden Hills we would normally drop on Friday so nothing depends on a narrow window on the day itself.
How do I pay?
It is arranged on the phone when you book. Trailers and large event orders take a deposit because the date is being held; standard rentals are normally billed after delivery.
Are the units lockable?
Yes, from the inside, with an occupied indicator on the outside. Site units can be padlocked externally on request where theft or misuse is a concern.
