Deluxe Flushing Porta Potty Rental in Minneapolis

A step up that guests notice immediately: a foot-pump flush over a fresh-water bowl, a small sink with its own water tank mounted on the side, soap and a mirror. Same footprint as the standard unit, a different experience inside.

Why people upgrade

Two reasons, nearly always. A flush means the bowl is clear for the next person, and the sink means guests can wash without walking anywhere. Backyard parties, corporate lots and week-long placements are where it earns the difference.

Water and capacity

The flush draws from a separate fresh-water reservoir, so the bowl water stays clean far longer than a non-flush tank. On a busy day plan on one service visit; on a weekend event it will normally run straight through.

Where it goes

Anywhere a standard unit goes. It is the same 44 by 48 inch footprint with the sink unit attached on one side, so leave about a foot of clearance on that side for the basin and the arm.

About the deluxe flushing unit

What is the real difference between deluxe and standard?

Three things: the bowl flushes from a fresh-water tank rather than sitting over a holding tank, there is a sink with running water attached to the unit, and there is a mirror. Same size on the ground, noticeably better inside.

Does the deluxe unit need a water hookup?

No. It carries its own fresh-water tank and we fill it on delivery and again at each service visit. Nothing on the site has to be plumbed.

Is one deluxe enough for a backyard party?

For most Minneapolis backyard parties under sixty guests over four hours, one deluxe covers it. Past that, or once alcohol is being served for longer than four hours, a second unit stops the line forming.

Can I mix deluxe and standard on one order?

That is the most common event order we take - a couple of deluxe units near where people gather and standard units further out where the volume is. There is no premium for mixing.

How long does the sink water last?

Roughly a hundred and fifty to two hundred hand washes on a full tank. For a long day with a large crowd, a separate hand-wash station beside the row is cheaper than adding units just to get more sink capacity.

Do you rent these through the winter?

Yes, with the caveat that the flush and sink water can freeze once nights sit well below zero. Between roughly December and March most customers move to standard units and an indoor wash point above freezing, and we will say so on the phone.
