Booking a unit across the seven-county metro
1. Phone with headcount and hours
Say the address, the crowd size and how long the unit stays, whether it is a Bloomington backyard or a Saint Paul job site, and get a flat number.
2. Set where the truck can reach
The driver places the unit on firm, level ground with a straight hose run, in the alley, on a gravel pad or beside the driveway.
3. Weekly service, then pickup
Pump-out, fresh water, paper and sanitizer happen on a fixed day, and one call ends the rental when the job or event wraps.

Three things decide the quote
Headcount and hours
A ten-hour shift with twelve trades on it is a different order from a four-hour graduation party with ninety guests. We price on people multiplied by time, not on a guess about the event type.
Where the truck can stop
A unit needs firm, reasonably level ground and a straight run for the pump hose. Alley access, a boulevard strip, a gravel pad off the lot - all fine. Tell us about the gate code and the low branch before the truck rolls.
How long it stays
Anything past a week gets a service schedule: pump-out, fresh water, paper and sanitizer restocked on a set day. The rate quoted on the phone already has those visits in it.
