Maple Plain, Hennepin County
Maple Plain Porta Potty Rental
Portable restrooms for Maple Plain job sites, backyards and events - one call, one price, and a delivery window you can plan a crew around.
People ring from Maple Plain for the same reasons they ring from anywhere in Hennepin County - a crew with nowhere to go, a gathering too big for one bathroom, or a building with the water off. The answer is a flat number and a date.
How the truck arrives
The way in and out of Maple Plain
Between Highway 12 and County Road 110 there is nearly always a way in, even when one of them is torn up.
Where the unit stands is the one decision worth making before delivery day rather than on it. Firm footing, level enough to stand square, reachable by a hose.
Local reference points
Local landmarks do most of the navigating: the Luce Line State Trail, Lake Independence just west and the old rail corridor between them cover most of the Maple Plain calls we take.
The stretch between the Luce Line State Trail and Lake Independence just west covers a large share of what we deliver into Maple Plain.
Siting the unit
Surface, slope and reach
Frost and thaw are the local variable. Ground that carries a truck in August can be soft in April, and that changes where a unit should stand. Where a spot will not work, the driver rings rather than leaving a unit somewhere it can go over.

What the orders in Maple Plain tend to be
Events account for a good share of the Maple Plain run - graduations in June, block parties through July, and a steady thread of backyard receptions all summer. In every case the rate quoted already has the delivery, the collection and the visits in it.
Placing a hand-wash station in front of a unit door is the most common self-planning mistake we see. It goes beside the row, not in front of it.

Booking in Maple Plain
What if nobody is home when you collect?
Collection does not need anyone there either, as long as the unit is still reachable. Just let us know if a gate will be locked.
How far ahead should I book a restroom trailer for Maple Plain?
As soon as the date is fixed. Summer Saturdays and the September and October wedding weekends are the dates that genuinely run out.
Do I pay separately for servicing?
Yes, on anything staying long enough to need it. Pump-out, tank treatment, paper, sanitizer and a wipe-down on a fixed day each week, already inside the quoted rate.
Do you serve the whole of Hennepin County?
Yes, and six other counties around the Twin Cities. Maple Plain is one stop on a route that covers the whole metro.
What if I need it for longer than planned?
Ring and extend. It moves onto the next period at the same rate, and past about a month it moves to a monthly rate with the service visits included.
Is there a floor on how short a rental can be?
One week on a job site. Weekend event rentals are their own thing, dropped Friday and collected Monday, and quoted as a single number.
