Maplewood, Ramsey County
Maplewood Porta Potty Rental
We run Ramsey County most days of the week. Give us the Maplewood address and a rough headcount and the quote takes about ninety seconds.
People ring from Maplewood for the same reasons they ring from anywhere in Ramsey County - a crew with nowhere to go, a gathering too big for one bathroom, or a building with the water off. The answer is a flat number and a date.
Placement notes
What the orders in Maplewood tend to be
We see a lot of long placements around Maplewood: park and field sites, storage yards, and builds that run for a season rather than a week. Whichever it is, the sizing conversation is the same: people multiplied by hours, then a service schedule laid over it.
A photo of the intended spot is the single most useful thing you can send. It answers the access question before the truck is dispatched.
Choosing the spot
The practical part
Ground here behaves the way most of Ramsey County does - fine on gravel and paving, softer than it looks on a lawn in spring. We carry blocking and can level a unit on a mild grade, so a slight slope is not a problem.
The way in
What the run into Maplewood looks like
Most Maplewood addresses are reached from I-694 or White Bear Avenue, and either is fine for a truck with a trailer behind it.
We are looking for three things when we site a unit - it does not sink, it does not lean, and the service truck can reach it without a fifty-foot hose run.
How Maplewood jobs get described
The three that come up most often are Maplewood Mall, the 3M campus and Battle Creek Regional Park. Any of them narrows a Maplewood job to a street or two.
People say Maplewood Mall the way people elsewhere say a street name, and we have learned to as well.

The same truck covers the areas around Maplewood, so a job on the boundary is not a separate trip. If your address is technically in North Saint Paul but everyone calls it Maplewood, it makes no difference to us.
Booking in Maplewood
Do you provide anything besides restrooms?
No - restrooms and hand washing only. No fencing, dumpsters, tents or generators, which is why the sizing answer comes back immediately rather than after a callback.
Can I get units the same day in Maplewood?
Sometimes - it depends what is already on the truck. Ring and ask rather than assuming; you will get a straight answer rather than a maybe.
Do I need to be there when it is delivered in Maplewood?
No. An address, a spot the truck can reach and any gate code covers it. Most Maplewood drops happen with nobody on site.
Do you work with contractors on monthly billing?
Yes. Long placements go on a monthly rate with a fixed weekly service day, and the invoice can be split by phase or cost code if you say so when you book.
What if my Maplewood driveway is narrow?
Standard, deluxe, ADA and hand-wash units go almost anywhere a pickup can reach. A restroom trailer is the one that needs a real look at the approach first.
Can I have the units in a specific spot?
Absolutely - tell us, or better, send a photo. Where the spot will not work the driver rings rather than guessing.
