Minnetonka Mills Porta Potty Rental
Restroom and hand-wash rentals across Minnetonka Mills, priced flat with delivery, collection and every service visit in one number.
We are in Minnetonka Mills often enough that the drivers know the awkward corners. That is most of what a good delivery is: knowing which side of the street the truck fits on before it gets there.
Minnetonka Mills is a historic neighborhood inside the city of Minnetonka, on Minnehaha Creek where the sawmill stood - not a separate city.
The places people name when they call
The three that come up most often are the Minnetonka Mills historic site, Minnehaha Creek and Burwell House. Any of them narrows a Minnetonka Mills job to a street or two.
Give us the Minnetonka Mills historic site as the landmark and a house number and nothing else is needed.
How the truck arrives
What the run into Minnetonka Mills looks like
Drivers come in on Minnetonka Boulevard nine times out of ten, dropping onto Highway 7 for the last few blocks.
What we need is somewhere that stays firm after rain, stands close to level, and is not in the way of the thing you are actually doing.

Why people in Minnetonka Mills ring
We see a lot of long placements around Minnetonka Mills: park and field sites, storage yards, and builds that run for a season rather than a week. The unit count follows from the headcount; the price follows from how long it stays.
Winter placements are planned in October, not January. Cold-weather tank treatment and a spot the plow will not bury are the whole trick.

Standing it level
The practical part
Most Minnetonka Mills addresses have somewhere that works. The exceptions are steep back lots and lawns that stay saturated into May. Where a spot will not work, the driver rings rather than leaving a unit somewhere it can go over.

The rest of the run
Working across the boundary from Minnetonka Mills into Minnetonka? That is the same truck on the same day. We run Minnetonka Mills and Minnetonka back to back, so a same-week add-on to an existing order is normal.
Worth knowing about Minnetonka Mills
Do you deliver to Minnetonka Mills on a Saturday?
We run Monday to Saturday. For a Saturday event in Minnetonka Mills we would normally drop on Friday so nothing depends on a narrow window on the day itself.
Do you provide anything besides restrooms?
No - restrooms and hand washing only. No fencing, dumpsters, tents or generators, which is why the sizing answer comes back immediately rather than after a callback.
What if nobody is home when you collect?
Collection does not need anyone there either, as long as the unit is still reachable. Just let us know if a gate will be locked.
Do you charge extra for delivery to Minnetonka Mills?
No. Delivery and collection are inside the flat rate. Minnetonka Mills is on the standard run.
What if my Minnetonka Mills driveway is narrow?
Standard, deluxe, ADA and hand-wash units go almost anywhere a pickup can reach. A restroom trailer is the one that needs a real look at the approach first.
Are the units lockable?
Yes, from the inside, with an occupied indicator on the outside. Site units can be padlocked externally on request where theft or misuse is a concern.
