Lakeville, Dakota County
Lakeville Porta Potty Rental
We run Dakota County most days of the week. Give us the Lakeville address and a rough headcount and the quote takes about ninety seconds.
We deliver portable restrooms into Lakeville on the Dakota County run, and the jobs here are the ordinary mix: a remodel that has taken the only bathroom out of service, a party that has outgrown the house, a site that needs units before the trades arrive.
Routes in
The way in and out of Lakeville
I-35 carries most of our traffic into Lakeville; County Road 50 and Cedar Avenue pick up the rest.
Where the unit stands is the one decision worth making before delivery day rather than on it. Firm footing, level enough to stand square, reachable by a hose.
Working in Lakeville
What the orders in Lakeville tend to be
The work here splits fairly evenly between contractors booking by the month and households booking by the weekend. Each one gets the same answer on the phone - a firm price rather than a range.
One unit per ten workers for a forty-hour week is the figure most general contractors plan to. Overtime pulls it toward one per seven.
Placement
What decides the spot
The two questions that decide a Lakeville placement are how firm the ground is and how wide the way in is. Tell us about the gate code and the low branch before the truck rolls, not after.
The places people name when they call
The three that come up most often are Lake Marion, Antlers Park and the Airlake Industrial Park. Any of them narrows a Lakeville job to a street or two.
Antlers Park is the reference point most Lakeville callers reach for, and it works.

Worth knowing about Lakeville
Will it smell?
Not if it is the right size for the crowd and serviced on schedule. Smell nearly always means the unit was undersized or left too long between visits.
Can you deliver more than one type of unit?
Yes, and most orders over four units are mixed. There is no premium for mixing standard, deluxe, ADA and hand-wash on one drop.
Can you handle a multi-site order across Dakota County?
Yes, and it is common. Sites across Lakeville and the areas next to it go on one account with one service day.
Are the units lockable?
Yes, from the inside, with an occupied indicator on the outside. Site units can be padlocked externally on request where theft or misuse is a concern.
Do you supply hand-wash stations too?
Yes, and on a job site or anywhere food is served we would recommend one. It goes beside the row of units, never in front of a door.
Do I need to be there when it is delivered in Lakeville?
No. An address, a spot the truck can reach and any gate code covers it. Most Lakeville drops happen with nobody on site.
