Woodbury, Washington County
Woodbury Porta Potty Rental
The Woodbury run is part of our regular Washington County route, so a placement here is scheduling rather than a special trip.
The Woodbury pages of our route book are busy because Washington County keeps building and keeps holding things outdoors. A unit here is a scheduling question rather than a logistics problem.

What the run into Woodbury looks like
Between I-94 and Radio Drive there is nearly always a way in, even when one of them is torn up.
We are looking for three things when we site a unit - it does not sink, it does not lean, and the service truck can reach it without a fifty-foot hose run.
What people say instead of an address
People rarely give us an address first. They give us a landmark - Carver Lake, the Tamarack Village district - and the address afterwards.
Between the Tamarack Village district and Ojibway Park is where the bulk of the Woodbury orders sit.
Ground and access
The practical part
Around Woodbury the usual constraints are the ones Washington County throws up everywhere: boulevard trees, alley widths, and lawns that hold water after a wet week. Tell us about the gate code and the low branch before the truck rolls, not after.

Why people in Woodbury ring
Two things keep Woodbury busy on our books: construction that runs from spring through freeze-up, and the outdoor gatherings that fill the same months. Each one gets the same answer on the phone - a firm price rather than a range.
The service visit is already in the quoted rate. If a company quotes low and invoices the pump-outs separately, that is worth asking about.

The rest of the run
Working across the boundary from Woodbury into Oakdale? That is the same truck on the same day. We are in Oakdale and Lake Elmo on the same run, so a second unit next door is easy.
Local answers for Woodbury
Do I need to be there when it is delivered in Woodbury?
No. An address, a spot the truck can reach and any gate code covers it. Most Woodbury drops happen with nobody on site.
Do you rent to homeowners in Woodbury?
Yes. There is no account to open and no contract for a weekend rental - a phone call and an address is the whole process.
How far ahead should I book a restroom trailer for Woodbury?
As soon as the date is fixed. Summer Saturdays and the September and October wedding weekends are the dates that genuinely run out.
How do I pay?
It is arranged on the phone when you book. Trailers and large event orders take a deposit because the date is being held; standard rentals are normally billed after delivery.
How much space does a unit need in Woodbury?
About 44 by 48 inches on the ground for a standard unit, plus room for the door to swing and a clear line for the service hose.
How early in the day do you deliver?
From six in the morning. Early drops are the norm on job sites so the units are there before the trades are.
