Chanhassen, Carver County
Chanhassen Porta Potty Rental
Portable restrooms for Chanhassen job sites, backyards and events - one call, one price, and a delivery window you can plan a crew around.
People ring from Chanhassen for the same reasons they ring from anywhere in Carver County - a crew with nowhere to go, a gathering too big for one bathroom, or a building with the water off. The answer is a flat number and a date.
Working in Chanhassen
What the orders in Chanhassen tend to be
The bulk of what goes into Chanhassen is job-site work: units dropped before the trades start and serviced on a fixed day until the building is closed in. Whichever it is, the sizing conversation is the same: people multiplied by hours, then a service schedule laid over it.
The service visit is already in the quoted rate. If a company quotes low and invoices the pump-outs separately, that is worth asking about.
How the truck arrives
What the run into Chanhassen looks like
Most Chanhassen addresses are reached from Highway 5 or Highway 212, and either is fine for a truck with a trailer behind it.
Think about the service visit, not just the delivery. The unit has to be reachable again in a week with a hose, not just droppable today.
Landmarks people describe the job by
The reference points here are the ones you would expect - the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, Lake Ann Park, the Chanhassen Dinner Theatres. Any of them is enough for a driver to place the job.
People say the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum the way people elsewhere say a street name, and we have learned to as well.
Where it stands
Ground conditions and access
Frost and thaw are the local variable. Ground that carries a truck in August can be soft in April, and that changes where a unit should stand. Where a spot will not work, the driver rings rather than leaving a unit somewhere it can go over.

Chanhassen sits on a run that also takes in Eden Prairie and Excelsior, which is why a short-notice order here is often possible. We run Chanhassen and Eden Prairie back to back, so a same-week add-on to an existing order is normal.

Booking in Chanhassen
Who do I call to change an order?
Ring the line you placed the order on. Changes to count, dates or placement are made on the phone and take about a minute.
Can you handle a multi-site order across Carver County?
Yes, and it is common. Sites across Chanhassen and the areas next to it go on one account with one service day.
Is there a difference in price between an event and a job site?
The unit is the same; the duration and the service pattern are different, and that is what moves the number.
Can you move the unit once it is on site in Chanhassen?
Yes, and relocations are routine. Ring a couple of days ahead where you can so it goes on the route rather than becoming a special trip.
Is each unit washed out before it comes to my site?
Yes - pressure-rinsed, not just pumped, and the tank recharged before it goes back out.
Can a unit stay in Chanhassen through the winter?
Yes. Winter placements get cold-weather treatment in the tank and service routed around plowing. Tell us where the snow gets pushed and it stays reachable all season.
